We dispatch all orders with in 48hrs ... (unless you have ordered a PRE-ORDER item)
We really do hope you love your new HATTIE pieces! We want you to be completely satisfied and if for some reason your garment doesn't fit or is just not right we are happy to exchange it or refund.  Please email customercare@hattie.com.au to chat about your exchange. This must be done within 7 days of purchase & we accept returns within 14 days from purchase.

All items exchanged/returned must be in their packaging/ original condition as received, this includes all packaging and tags attached.

All items are checked before being shipped for quality assurance; great care is taken to ensure your package arrives in their original condition.

Please ensure to read the care instructions so you can learn how to take the up most care of your HATTIE pieces to avoid damage.

We love spreading the HATTIE joy far and wide. Please contact us via email for shipping rates and destinations before placing an order!
Custom/ Duty fees are International customers own responsibility.

FAULTY ITEMS
We check over all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality & care is taken. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform us immediately by email at customercare@hattie.com.au
